We now have a Database that we can pull reports and properly report to our donors. The tools developed by Golden enables us to run our call centre 24hrs as there is seemless hand-over and take over from one counsellor to another
It is now convenient to collect data offline and seamlessly sync the data when we are in places with reliable data connection. As compared to the previous way of data collection we were using physical paper then manually type into an excel spread sheet.
As the Current Head of Communications, YHDMT developed by Golden makes my life easier as I can generate the Helpline Reports In Real-time.
Under my supervision, Golden Stepped up and surprised all of us when he was given a huge role to be the main engineer to both develop new features & support Ownai Platforms (The Best E-commerce Platform in Zimbabwe). He wasn't Experienced when he started this role, but he showed great promise and I am glad he rose up to the challenge
